Service Description

This one-day training course assists adults to gain skills and knowledge that can help assist individuals who are affected by trauma. Trauma Informed Care is a framework for how one can approach the health needs of an individual impacted by a traumatic experience. Raising awareness, knowledge and skills of those working in this field can assist in fostering practices that increase positive outcomes. Willow Training Centre offers public courses (I have set dates for these until the end of the year) or can negotiate with an organisation to run a private course at either Willows facility in Huntingdale or at the business location if they have suitable facilities to accommodate the training needs.
